needs of large employers and industrial associations based in rural portions of Washington, Oregon and California when the
traditional insurance marketplace has proven unresponsive. We are not a typical broker, seeking individual commercial clients,
but a solution for groups of likeminded insureds looking for an alternative to antiquated purchasing of protection.

As a leader in alternative rural health care financing, Direct Health & Benefits does not offer a packaged
set of services. Instead it builds each program based upon the client’s needs and existing program structure. Direct
Health & Benefits, LLC was founded in response to the growing disenchantment with the long standing insurance and PPO
arrangements between employers and providers. Its purpose is to facilitate direct contracting between self-insured employers
